Catapalooza is the Society’s current CATpaign. Summer is associated with sunshine and music festivals; it’s also the time of year that the cat population substantially increases—resulting in hundreds of cats in our facility that need a home. Join us as we raise awareness about the cats in our care and the sounds of summer leading up to Chicago’s largest music festival of the year—Lollapalooza.
These cats are our long-term cats. Our headliners have been at the Society for an extended period
of time and are searching for a forever home. During Catapalooza their adoption fee will be waived.

The duets stage is home to any cat older than 6 months of age.
Cats put on a great show in pairs, so during Catapalooza when you adopt one
cat we will waive the adoption fee for the second cat.

Classic rockers are cats 7 years or older. Through our “Aged to Perfection”
program the adoption fee for these aging rockers will be reimbursed after 90 days.
