Network/Web Administrator
The Anti-Cruelty Society has opened the search for a Network/Web Administrator. This position will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to provide end user workstation, peripheral and software support as well as to support and maintain basic infrastructure, network and web services.
This position reports to the Vice President for Business Administration with responsibilities for maintaining MS Network Services, establishing and maintaining standard MS Workstation builds, maintaining software updates and upgrades, troubleshooting connectivity and workstation problems and training and maintenance on all software used by the Society. The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating the Society’s internet, maintaining the intranet and performing basic computer and application trainings with non-technical users.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent common sense, analytical and technical skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with non-technical users while maintaining exceptional customer service. This candidate must have a working knowledge of Windows and Exchange Server 2008.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in MIS or a related field or exceptional work experience and/or certifications in lieu of educational credentials. Applications for part-time status and non-standard hours will also be considered.
