Pet Partners

 Become a Pet Partner!

Most people know us for our adoption program, but we do so much more. In order to make all of our programs successful, we rely on our partnerships and sponsorships, particularly our Pet Partners.

Our Pet Partner program is a sponsorship given to us by a company looking to get involved with The Anti-Cruelty Society. To qualify for a Pet Partnership, the company or organization must provide a significant donation above $1,000. Depending on the Pet Partner’s on what the Pet Partner chooses to give, they will be recognized in the following way:

$1,000-$4,999 (or commensurate in-kind donation, at our discretion):

  • Listing for one year on the Pet Partners plaque in the Adoption Center lobby
  • Listing in the “Support our Pet Partners” in every issue of our quarterly magazine/newsletter with a circulation of 50,000, for one year.
  • Opportunity to include discount coupons for one year in new adopter kits*
  • Opportunity to have an Anti-Cruelty Society representative/s participate in one special event per year.

$5,000 or more:

  • Listing in the “Support our Pet Partners” in every issue of our quarterly magazine/newsletter with a circulation of 50,000, for one year.
  • Opportunity to include discount coupons in new adopter kits or trial market product in the The Anti-Cruelty Society store for one year*
  • Opportunity to full co-sponsorship of one special event per year.

Where the Proceeds Go:

Pet Partnerships can be tailored to the specific needs of the company or organization depending on the amount given. All of the Pet Partnership proceeds help thousands of animals through our open door humane society. Comprehensive programs and services include: adoption, charity veterinary clinic, low or no cost spay/neuter clinic, Bruckner Rehabilitation & Treatment Center and Virginia Butts Berger Cat Clinic, cruelty investigation and rescue, humane education, community outreach, a free behavior hotline, dog training classes, pet visitation to the sick and elderly and the S.A.F.E. (short-term accommodations for emergencies) program.

Since 1999, its second century of caring, The Anti-Cruelty Society found loving homes for over 55,000 dogs and cats and spayed or neutered over 100,000 pets and presented human education to 300,000 school children and community groups.
