Vehicle Donations
THE ANTI-CRUELTY SOCIETY ACCEPTS VEHICLE DONATIONS
(Chicago) The Anti-Cruelty Society is now accepting vehicle donations. Vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, recreation vehicles, and/ or boats, can be in any condition.
Donors will be asked questions about the vehicle’s condition, model and mileage and are instructed to provide the title and keys to The Anti-Cruelty Society. Even if the vehicle is not running, it is still able to generate a profit for the animals. All vehicles will be re-sold and 50% of the net proceeds benefit The Anti-Cruelty Society. Donations are tax deductible according to IRS rule.
Towing can be arranged in Lake, Cook, DuPage, McHenry, and Kane counties.
If you have a vehicle you would like to donate, you can download the Vehicle Donation Form here (Adobe Reader needed) or contact Kristen Oye, Development Associate, at 312.644.8338, x314 or koye@anticruelty.org. For more information on additional ways to help the animals, visit The Anti-Cruelty Society’s Ways to Give page or call Nadine Walmsley at 312.644.8338 x301.
