Take photographs of adopters and their new pets!

Assist with the care and socialization of the dogs housed at The Anti-Cruelty Society through the SAFE program.

Help cats in the adoption room find permanent homes.

Help dogs in the adoption room find permanent homes.

Wash and groom animals that need a bath.

Train the adoption room dogs in basic obedience with a specific focus on those that are shy, scared, and timid.

Take pictures of adoptable animals for the ACS web site adoption gallery and compile bios for each animal.

Adoption Counselors advise adopters with medical records and care for their new family member.

Volunteer Guides greet visitors, review basic etiquette, and answer adopter questions.

Assist in the rehabilitation and socialization of the animals in the clinic.

Assist the veterinarians with the physical exam process.

Work in the spay/neuter clinic with the animals coming out of surgery.

Aid in the socialization of cats in the adoption room that are shy, scared, or timid.

Assist with the socialization of the ACS resident rabbits.
