PLEASE MEET NEVADA!

Nevada

Nevada is a big, beautiful, cuddly 4-year old dilute calico!  Her fur is snow white with beautiful colors of gray and tan throughout, and her green eyes are just stunning!  Nevada came to the shelter when her owner lost her job and could no longer care for her.  Nevada is friendly, lovable and social, and enjoys human companionship.  She is a bit full-figured and will need a lite diet in her new home to help her trim down so she can stay healthy and happy.  Being a calico, Nevada can be a little feisty at times, so a home without children is preferred.  All Nevada is looking for is a home of her own where she can lay in a sunny window watching the world go by each day and a nice cozy bed where she can dream sweet kitty dreams each night.  Won't you come and meet her?  Nevada is waiting for you at The Anti-Cruelty Society, just ask for  #9969661.  Nevada is ready to go home today!

Diamond #9970053

 Diamond
Are you looking for a cat who is loaded with personality? Someone who is sweet and fun, and who will do her best keep you on your toes? Well, if you are, you may have just found her! Our friend, Diamond, is 6 years old and is a beautiful black and white girlie who is front declawed. She came to the shelter when her owner was moving and couldn't take her along. During our photo shoot, Diamond was quite the character -- she apparently didn't like the camera and tried her best to take it away from me! But take our word for it that Diamond is a beautiful girl who will be a great addition to an adult home where she doesn't have to deal with the activity of children -- she can be just a little too frisky for them. Diamond is already spayed, however, our vets noted that Diamond needs to have a tooth removed, which will be taken care of at the time of her adoption. So, if you're ready to add a little fun to your life, come meet Diamond! She's waiting for you at The Anti-Cruelty Society, just ask for #9970053.

KOOSH HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO VISITED HER.

Koosh

What a cute girl and a character, too!  A little over 1-year old, Koosh is medium-sized weighing in at 42 lbs. and she has adorable, floppy polka-dotted ears.  Strong and with an independent streak, Koosh is affectionate when calm and focused.  She likes to hang on to her rawhide or favorite toy, but will trade up when something else sparks her interest.   Obedience training to help her learn new skills and plenty of exercise are a must!  And due to Koosh's strength, an all-adult home or one with older children  is recommended.  Koosh is already housetrained and because she's altered, she can move into her new home immediately.  Visit her today at The Anti-Cruelty Society and mention Tab Band #690955.

Lulu #9966402

LuluLulu is a very striking looking 7-year old black and white girlie!  She is a calm and quiet girl, sitting very nicely for her photo shoot -- it was if she knew this was her big break to find a home!  Lulu loves soft pets, enjoys attention and adores being brushed.  She came to the shelter when she had a conflict with another pet in her former home, therefore, we think Lulu would be happiest as your one and only pet.  Lulu developed an upper respiratory infection shortly after she arrived and although she is healthy and ready for her new home, she may periodically experience some eye discharge which may need a quick trip to your private vet.  She is front declawed and would do best in a home where she doesn't have to deal with the activity of children.  Lulu is a lovely girl who has a very endearing way about her.  She would love a new best friend and was wondering if you were available ... perhaps you could stop by for a visit?  Lulu wanted us to let you know that she is waiting for you at The Anti-Cruelty Society, just ask for  #9966402.  Lulu is ready to go home today!

Booth #9968913

Booth

Booth is a bouncy 2-year old guy who came to us because his family had a new baby on the way.  Booth does know sit, but needs to work on self control as he can be easily excited and it's never fun for a 51 lb. dog to jump on you!  He also is reactive to some other dogs, so if you currently have a dog, please bring him to meet Booth first.  His previous owners also have said he seems to have problems with pregnant women.  Either way, Booth needs to go home with an experienced dog owner who should be patient and consistent with training, and not be exposed to dog parks until he gets over his reaction to certain dogs.  Obedience training would also be helpful to correct these issues.  An adult only home is required for Booth due to his size and manners at this point.  He's already housebroken and just waiting to find his new forever house!  Come visit Booth today, just ask for him and mention  #9968913

POD HAS BEEN ADOPTED!

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO VISITED HER.

 Pod

Are you looking for an adorable love bug?  Super sweet, cuddly and lots of fun too? If you are, then come meet Pod!  Pod is a cute and friendly 10-12 month old black kitty whose fur has a touch of deep chocolate brown.  Pod came to the shelter back in July 2009.  She was just a baby at the time and developed an upper respiratory infection which took some time to get over.  Pod was fostered by one of our awesome foster families where she received lots of love and tons of care.  Pod may experience some periodic sneezing which may need a quick trip to your own kitty vet, but other than that, she's healthy, very happy and ready to find a home of her own!  Pod would be a great addition to any family, other pets and kids would be no problem for Pod.  Loaded with personality and lots of fun to have around, Pod is waiting for you at The Anti-Cruelty Society, just ask for #9969925.
