Bequests and Planned Giving

A bequest in your will or other planned gifts to The Anti-Cruelty Society such as annuities and trusts can provide you with income during your lifetime while also providing for the animals. Gifts of whole life insurance, IRAs and real estate are increasingly popular ways of giving. We would be happy to provide you, your attorney or financial planner with the proper language for your will or other estate planning documents.

The Virginia Butts Berger Cat Clinic was recently constructed through a generous bequest to the Society. Virginia Butts Berger left a legacy that will help save the lives of 900 kitties each year for many years to come. Your bequest to the animals through The Anti-Cruelty Society will help ensure our life-saving programs and services will be here to help animals in need well into our next century of caring.

The Rose Fay Thomas Society
