Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in joining our community of caring by supporting The Anti-Cruelty Society through corporate sponsorships. We will work with you to create a mutually beneficial relationship.

Listed below are the events that the Society hosts annually to raise funds and awareness for the work we do on behalf of the animals and the community. Each of our sponsorship packages contains the opportunity for visibility within the community, recognition through event materials, and/or at an event, and media exposure.

Bark in the Park
Our annual 5k walk and morning of fun is held the first Saturday in May along beautiful Lake Michigan. This the original dog walk that brings together 3,000 dog lovers, most with their dogs in tow to enjoy a leisurely walk, participate in a variety of fun activities, including contests, agility courses, doggie massages, doggie nail clipping, and treats for both the pups and their companions. A small business pavilion and other opportunities provide an ideal situation to promote brand recognition for your company and to communicate with an audience of diverse pet owners and active individuals from around Chicagoland.

There are a variety of sponsorship levels to choose from. Your company can also choose to support Bark in the Park by forming a corporate team for our team challenge. Your company will benefit from the team building and the increased visibility within the community that this event provides.

Canine Cruise
Our annual canine cruise kicks off Mercury Cruiselines Canine Cruise season in late June. This 90 minute architectural cruise along the river and onto Lake Michigan allows over 100 doggies to relax with their two-legged companions and enjoy a splashing evening complete with treats and goody bags for the pups.  This event provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to pet owners that pamper their pooches. 

It’s Raining Cats & Dogs!
Our annual fall benefit is held early in October at a fabulous pet friendly venue. 400 guests join us for a tasteful evening of chef creations, wine tastings, live entertainment, live and silent auctions, and a raffle, while some of our adoptable cats and dogs are chaperoned through the crowd looking for their forever family. This event provides a great opportunity to reach potential customers from a diverse audience of animal lovers and community members.   

Sponsorships for special events or other programs at the Society may qualify you to become a Pet Partner. Please ask for details when you speak with our Development Associate, Alyssa Dillon.
