About The Event
Anti-Cruelty offers families the chance to volunteer their time while supporting our community of caring during Crafting for Critters! Service Day! Spend time crafting animal enrichment projects while learning more about Anti-Cruelty and our shelter pets. Registration is required below.
Join us inside our River North location, 169 W. Grand Ave., Chicago, for:
- Guided crafting to make enrichment projects for shelter animals
- Meet and greet with a shelter pet
- Q&A with shelter staff
Dress Code
- Casual, easily laundered clothing
- Non-formal, closed-toe shoes
- Long pants
- Long-sleeved shirts
- Youth Requirements
Youths under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian, over the age of 18.
To participate, minors must arrive with a youth waiver, signed by their adult guardian, click here to download the required youth waiver.
Help us complete our upcycled animal projects by bringing used wine corks, cardboard toilet paper tubes, and empty plastic water bottles!
